During the active growing season, the Landscape Committee selects a home from each of our communities and awards the Yard of the Month designation. This includes a yard sign that is displayed for the full month as well as a $25 gift card. To be eligible for this award, the home must have a manicured front lawn and the HOA member must be in good standing.
